Founded in 2018, Wampum Syntex Pvt Ltd. was established with the visionary dreams of our Chairman, Mr. Bhagalram Bijaniya, who has over 44 years of experience in the synthetic yarn industry. Our promoters, each with more than 25 years of expertise in polyester and nylon synthetic yarn dyeing, previously worked with some of the largest manufacturers in the man-made textiles industry. Leveraging this extensive experience, we embarked on our own venture to manufacture polyester and nylon dyed yarn with backward integration.

Our commitment to quality, exceptional service, and steadfast dedication to our customers quickly transformed our small-scale business into a thriving Private Limited company. It is a significant achievement to be recognized as one of the largest Nylon dyeing manufacturers in India, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and facilities.

At Wampum Syntex, we take pride in our comprehensive in-house backward integration of the yarn manufacturing process. Our facilities are equipped with advanced infrastructure, including Draw Texturising Yarn, Two-for-One Twister, High Bulking Twister, Precision Soft Winders, Hank Making Reeling Machines, Spandex Air Covering, HTHP Yarn Dyeing Vessels, Precision Cone Winders, and Hank to Cone Winders. We have also established a full-fledged dyeing lab with advanced equipment for research and development (R&D), ensuring we meet our customers' diverse requirements. Our quality control lab meticulously checks all parameters of incoming raw materials, in-process goods, and final products before dispatch to our customers.

Environmental sustainability is a core value at Wampum Syntex. We have implemented a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system to protect water resources by recycling and installed advanced equipment to control Air pollution. Additionally, we have embraced renewable energy solutions by installing a solar-based captive power plant and rooftop solar panels, harnessing natural resources to minimize air emissions and promote sustainability. Our tree plantation initiatives further contribute to greening our surroundings and reducing our carbon footprint.

We prioritize the well-being of our employees by providing hygienic food facilities and regular doctor visits to ensure their health and safety. Our commitment to excellence extends to our certifications, including OEKO TEX Product Class I (Annexure VI), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14000:2015.

Wampum – Meaning & Existence

The name "Wampum" symbolizes value, trust, commitment, and excellence. These four qualities are the four guiding pillars of any yarn manufacturing business.

In historical contexts, particularly with Native American tribes in the northeastern United States, wampum was indeed used as a form of currency. The term "wampum" comes from the Algonquian word "wampumpeag," meaning "white shell beads."

The beads, made from shells, were not just monetary tokens. They also held immense cultural and ceremonial value. The patterns and colours of wampum belts could record treaties, stories, and important events, functioning much like a ledger or historical document.
