Mr. Sandeep Ostwal

Inspired & blessed by his father, Dr. Parasmal Ji Ostwal, Mr Sandeep Ostwal holds a B.Tech in Textile Engineering and has 26 years of industry experience. He worked in fabric processing, weaving, and synthetic yarn dyeing, spending 15 years as Plant Head at Welspun Syntex Ltd., a Welspun Group of company.
 

Mentored by Mr. Bhagalram Bijaniya & under his guidance, he founded Wampum Syntex in Surat. His leadership ensured the project's swift success. Skilled in R&D, he embraces challenges to innovate new products.
 

Known for his supportive nature, he motivates his team and demonstrates exceptional leadership. He is actively involved in industry associations, including the Mangrol Taluka Industries Welfare Association and the Yarn Dyeing Association at KIM, Surat.
 

He spearheaded the creation of Gujarat's first Common Effluent Treatment Plant with Zero Liquid Discharge plant with support of yarn dyeing units at KIM village, Dist. Surat.
 

With international experience, he has consulted for dyeing units in India and Vietnam, contributing to industry growth.
 

At Wampum Syntex Pvt Ltd, he oversees marketing, product innovation, and technical support.
